Download the
latest version of Rockit Pro DJ
Rockit Pro DJ V4.0, is
the latest version of our award winning MP3 DJ
Mixing software. The trial version is fully
functional, but has a time limit per session, of
approx. 30 minutes. You can trial it as long as you
like before purchasing, but will have to restart
Rockit when the time limit has expired.
|
Requirements:
Windows XP / Vista
Windows compatible
sound card(s)
30 MB of available
disk space
DirectX 9.0c or better
for video playback
|
 |
Processor and memory
are system dependent. Rockit uses very little
resources for audio. Video requires more horsepower
for seamless playback on multiple monitors. Before
calling and asking us if it will work on your
system, try the trial version.
Requirements for Vista
will be higher, in terms of memory and processor,
but that is not due to our software, Vista just
requires more resources itself.

Release Notes:
Note: Rockit V4, does not
install to the same folder as V3.x, so you can install the new
version to trial, without removing the old version. Once you
decide you want to upgrade, and receive your new registration
information for version 4.0, you will need to remove the old
version, as per our End User License Agreement (EULA).
Note: We no longer test
Rockit on versions of Windows prior to XP. Some of Rockit's
controls require the latest updates to Windows controls, and may
function on Win 2000 -- your mileage may vary...
Installation on
Non-internet connected computers:
Since many DJs do not have their
gig computer connected to the internet, you can easily copy the
installation file downloaded above, to a CD, flash drive, etc.
Copy that onto the non-connected computer and then run the
install there.
Note: Some ISPs and
firewalls have problems downloading executable files. If you run
into any problems with your download, you can
download it in ZIP format here. Once downloaded, extract the
main setup file and run.
